Restrictions

By accessing this Website, you agree that you will not use it:

Application Development Policy

Each application or software development project with Kodegrid Solutions is governed by a formal agreement. In cases where no explicit agreement or Terms of Use have been defined, the following policy applies:
If a project is not completed as per the originally agreed scope and delivery milestones, Kodegrid Solutions may offer a partial refund. The amount refunded will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed, as determined by our internal project evaluation team.

Dedicated Hiring Policy

If a project is delayed due to a failure on the part of our assigned developers or staff, we offer a full refund for the delayed start period. However, if the project is already in progress, refunds are only provided proportionally for any unutilized time.
If you’re unsatisfied with the performance of a dedicated resource, please inform the assigned Project Manager immediately. Refund negotiations will not be entertained after a project or milestone has been marked as complete.

Delivery and Responsibility

Clients are required to make timely payments as agreed upon in the project scope. Failure to do so may lead to project delays or termination.
It is the client’s responsibility to provide clear, timely, and accurate information. Any project delay or misalignment caused due to insufficient communication or incomplete inputs from the client will not be the responsibility of Kodegrid Solutions.
Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, we are not obligated to provide compensation for delays in delivery.

Termination of Services

Either party (you or KodeGrid) may end a service agreement. However, to be eligible for a refund, the termination request must be made within the first 7 working days and before the work has substantially started.
If a project is already underway or near completion, refunds will not be issued. Only unused portions of the service, if any, will be considered for a refund.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We aim to keep things transparent and fair. If you’re not fully satisfied with our service, we offer a 3-working-day refund window — because your trust matters.

Governing Law

Regardless of your location, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles (see the official Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India for details on Indian legislation). You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India for any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms; more information about the jurisdiction of New Delhi courts can be found on the Delhi High Court Official Website.
